About the role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable leader to join our team as a Station Training Supervisor in our Ground Handling Department. The primary responsibility of the position is providing quality on-the-job training to our new team members and continuous learning for our team members in the station.
Responsibilities
- Assign a variety of tasks and assignments to new hire employees, including airport familiarization
- Demonstrate proper use of all equipment and vehicles
- Provide hands-on training for de-icing
- Follow up after all training events to ensure compliance
- Assist with delivery and storage of station supplies
- Provide support when special events are scheduled
Requirements
- Two (2) years of airline experience, preferably encompassing all functions (ticketing, gate, ramp)
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
- Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications and Competencies
- Experience as an experienced instructor or public speaker
- Extensive knowledge of QIK, Sabre
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Education, or related field

Physical Requirements
- Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs
- Handle objects up to 70 pounds
- Absorb dust, fumes, odors, gases, and other environmental factors
- Assist passengers with disabilities, including, but not limited to, pushing wheelchairs
Work Environment
Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
Airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
All shifts including weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts
