Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, oversight and training with assigned staff to ensure best care practices and job competencies are understood and met.
- Ensure required documentation is completed correctly and within timelines given to meet quality measures.
- Discuss QA and clinical issues with Youth Services Director.
- Serve as back-up to assigned staff when these staff are unavailable (due to being with other clients, sickness, vacation, etc.) and/or in need of additional expertise.
- Prioritize and assist with management of client needs and supports.
- Provide program training and supports where needed to ensure quality of services delivered.
- Provide individual/family/group therapy to the clients as required and indicated in the treatment plan.
Requirements
- Works in standard office environment and in the community as needed, meeting client needs as they transition to a step-down program or other agreed upon transition into the community.
- Requires prolonged sitting, frequent standing, bending, and stooping.
- Requires a typical range of hearing and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, telephone, photocopier, calculator, and other office equipment as needed.
- Requires standing, sitting, or walking for up to 8 hours or longer per workday.
- Requires ability to work under stressful conditions, to adapt to change, and to effectively resolve conflict.
- Requires the use of personal cell phone/jabber during community meetings/activities to communicate with supervisor/office staff during business hours.
- TB test upon hire.
