About the role
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Systems & Network Administrator Level 2 manages network infrastructure and performs system administration tasks. The Diligence Auditor conducts thorough financial and operational reviews to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. The Underwriter evaluates risk and assesses potential losses for insurance purposes. The Lien Release Specialist handles lien release procedures for clients. The Post Close Specialist oversees post-close processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities
- Document Control Specialist: Maintains and updates document control systems, ensures compliance with regulations, and provides training to staff.
- Systems & Network Administrator Level 2: Manages network infrastructure, resolves technical issues, and implements security measures.
- Diligence Auditor: Conducts financial and operational reviews, prepares reports, and communicates findings to management.
- Underwriter: Evaluates risk factors, assesses potential losses, and makes underwriting decisions based on data analysis.
- Lien Release Specialist: Handles lien release procedures, coordinates with legal teams, and ensures timely completion of releases.
- Post Close Specialist: Oversees post-close processes, verifies accuracy of financial statements, and ensures compliance with internal controls.
Requirements
- Document Control Specialist: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience in document control or similar role.
- Systems & Network Administrator Level 2: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of experience in IT support or administration.
- Diligence Auditor: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, 4+ years of experience in auditing or financial analysis.
- Underwriter: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field, 3+ years of experience in underwriting or risk assessment.
- Lien Release Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, 2+ years of experience in legal or administrative roles.
- Post Close Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
Qualifications
- Document Control Specialist: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Systems & Network Administrator Level 2: Experience with network protocols, familiarity with cloud services, and knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Diligence Auditor: Proficiency in financial software, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Underwriter: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance policies and regulations.
