Job Overview
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, rebuilds and component replacements as a Trailer Technician in Sterling.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance to trailers – like tire changes, minor electrical repairs and greasing.
- Use maintenance software to create and track work orders.
- Communicate status updates with internal customers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical degree in welding, electronics, or related systems, or a minimum of 1 year of trailer technician experience.
- Basic welding skills preferred.
- Computer systems and diagnostic software experience.
- Able to provide recommendations regarding maintenance and repair decisions.
- Able to provide own tools within 30 days of hire.

Results
Starting wages are $22.60 - $28.20 per hour based on experience.
Differential Pay
- Non-exempt U.S. shop associates working 50% or greater of the daily shift time between 3 p.m. and 5 a.m. local time, receive a $1.50 per hour differential for hours worked.
- Non-exempt U.S. shop associates working weekend hours, receive an additional $0.65 per hour differential for hours worked. (Weekend hours worked between 9pm Friday – 5am Monday).
