Responsibilities
- Direct traffic at intersections and major thoroughfares
- Assist in responding to traffic incidents and accidents
- Maintain communication with police, fire, and ambulance services
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
- Provide customer service to drivers and pedestrians
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of traffic control signals and practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
