About the role
Entry level position responsible for installing, collecting, and maintaining traffic counting equipment, downloading data, preparing printouts, and conducting turning movement counts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Programs and places traffic counting machines and tubes onto roadway as instructed.
- Collects traffic counting machines at conclusion of counts.
- Downloads data from traffic counters to computer and prepares printouts.
- Conducts turning movement counts when requested.
- Helps to maintain traffic counting equipment.
Pay
Starting salary: $20–$23 per hour. Signing bonus of $1,000 after successfully completing 6 months of employment.
