About the role
This is an entry-level position responsible for installing, collecting, and maintaining traffic counting equipment, as well as processing and preparing traffic data.
Responsibilities
- Place traffic counting machines and tubes onto roadways as instructed.
- Collect traffic counting machines at the conclusion of counts.
- Download data from traffic counters to a computer and prepare printouts.
- Conduct turning movement counts when requested.
- Help maintain traffic counting equipment.
Pay
$18–$20/hour. Signing bonus of $1,000 after successfully completing 6 months of employment.
