Traffic Maintenance Specialist

About the role

The position is located within the Economic & Community Development/Neighborhoods department and is a full-time, temporary role for approximately 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs various tasks associated with home weatherization, including safety training, installation of doors, windows, insulation, and other preventive measures.
• Conducts blower door testing and air movement diagnostics within dwellings.
• Loads and unloads materials and tools, and participates in job site and shop clean-up.
• Conducts preventative maintenance on tools and motor vehicles.
• Travels to and from job sites.
• Conducts other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• One year experience in carpentry, weatherization, construction, or other related fields.
• A valid driver’s license.
