About the role

The Traffic Operations Center at Newfield, NJ is seeking a Copy Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is an entry-level position in broadcasting, where the Copy Coordinator plays a crucial role in all on-air elements.

Responsibilities

• Apply multiple copy instructions each day
• Complete daily responsibilities within assigned deadlines
• Coordinate and work with sales teams and other teams throughout the organization
• Cross-train within the team
• Provide third-level backup when the team is short-staffed
• Assist training co-workers in property-specific responsibilities
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience in a professional environment
• Accurately decipher and implement written instructions
• Meticulous organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Problem-solving and solution-seeking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
• Capable of working remote with reliable internet access including download speeds of at least 50 Mpbs and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
