About the role

The Traffic Coordinator - Construction position is available in Vermont, statewide.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual labor such as raking and looting.
  • Direct traffic through construction sites when necessary.
  • Willingness to assist crew.
  • Set up and relocate construction sign packages, cone placement, and general maintenance of arrow and message boards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in construction or related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Knowledge of traffic control procedures.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Good physical condition.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
