Job Summary
As a Traffic Coordinator for JLG, you will play a key role in managing international shipping operations by accurately processing export documentation and ensuring compliance with procedures and trade regulations—all within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
YOUR IMPACT
- Ensure timely shipment flow using a variety of international carriers
- Accurately process export documents and match them with corresponding freight before departure
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing packages to ensure shipment accuracy
- Maintain organized filing systems and tracking records
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine shipment issues as they arise
- Provide information and communication, either written or verbal, to various parties both internal and external
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and reading comprehension
- Attention to detail and experience with data entry
- Ability to work Mid-day shift from 12pm to 9pm ET
Standout Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and documentation
WORKING CONDITIONS
The following represents general working conditions for this role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances. This role combines office-based administrative duties with physical activity in field or production environments.
In the office setting, tasks may require extended computer use, sitting, and attending meetings.
Field or floor work may involve walking across various terrains or shop floors, standing, moderate lifting (up to 35 pounds), climbing stairs, and exposure to varying temperatures or noise levels.
Must be able to shift focus between detailed cognitive work and occasional physical tasks as needed.

Pay Range
$46,300.00 - $71,300.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
