Traffic Control Surveillance - Cozad, NE

About the role

Coinciding with the 2026 season, Contractor Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks to expand its team with experienced Construction Surveillance Technicians. Based in North Platte, Nebraska, CSI operates across central Nebraska and the panhandle of Colorado, offering a variety of services including traffic control, pavement marking, and more.

Responsibilities

• Position and maintain traffic control devices on roadway construction projects.
• Travel through the work zone to check the placement of devices hourly during shifts.
• Receive training in both classroom and on-the-job settings.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Aged 23 or older.
• A clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs.
• Proficiency in communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License (Required).

Schedule

• Shifts available: 12-hour and 8-hour shifts.
• Workdays: Monday to Friday.
• Overtime may be required.

Pay

The pay scale is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
