Responsibilities
- Traffic control: Setting up and taking down lane closures, redirecting traffic for workers, and monitoring traffic patterns
- Using traffic control devices to divert drivers and pedestrians
- Crews and supervisors, and discussing performance, complaints, or violations
- Completing and turning in paperwork daily
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Maintain Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Maintain Colorado Traffic Control Supervisor Certification
- Strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail
Qualifications
- Starting Pay at $28.00/hr
- Ability to stand 8-12 hours a day
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.
- Accustomed to working mostly in the field, in all types of weather; with exposure to dust and asphalt, in traffic with fumes and loud noise levels
