• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in trading operations, brokerage ops, or financial operations
• Naturally detail-oriented with a precise, methodical approach to evaluating workflows
• Comfortable following structured, rule-based evaluation frameworks
• Able to communicate complex operational concepts clearly in writing
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI or tech experience required
• Nice to have: Exposure to market structure, order management systems, or trade execution workflows; Familiarity with front-to-back trade lifecycle processes; Background in compliance, risk operations, or post-trade processing; Experience with financial data review or operational quality assurance
