What You'll Do

• Review trading-related datasets and operational workflows for accuracy and logical consistency
• Validate transaction sequences, trade flows, and operational steps against industry standards
• Summarize market mechanics and trade-flow processes in clear, structured formats
• Identify operational inconsistencies, errors, or gaps in AI-generated financial content
• Maintain high accuracy and quality standards across recurring evaluation tasks
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in trading operations, brokerage operations, or financial operations
• Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch what others miss
• Comfortable following structured, rule-based workflows with precision
• Able to communicate complex operational concepts clearly in writing
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Exposure to market structure, order management systems, or trade execution platforms
• Familiarity with front-to-back trade lifecycle processes
• Background in compliance, settlement, clearing, or risk operations
• Experience in structured data review or financial quality assurance
