Trading & Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in trade entry, reconciliation, settlement, and monitoring daily activity
  • Support rebalancing, cash management, and maintain trade documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist with onboarding and account setup
  • Process account forms, transfers, and maintain accurate client records
  • Cook up coordination with portfolio managers, custodians (Schwab), and internal teams
  • Provide backup coverage for Schwab desk operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years in financial services, operations, or trading support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Experience with Schwab or similar platforms and Excel preferred
