Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and overhaul of transaction landing infrastructure to ensure industry-leading speed and reliability
  • Design and implement proprietary routing systems and cross-chain solvers to optimize swap efficiency for users
  • Arcitect and deploy advanced trading functionalities, including cross-chain limit orders and custom gas sponsorship infrastructure
  • Autonomously identify bottlenecks in current trading flows and execute technical roadmaps to maintain a competitive edge in a multichain environment
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for a lean team of frontend and backend engineers, maintaining high standards for code quality and performance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally operating at a Staff level or higher
  • Deep understanding of blockchain internals, specifically regarding how to land transactions in highly competitive environments
  • Strong experience with Solana is highly preferred, though exceptional candidates with deep expertise in other major ecosystems will be considered
  • Proven ability to manage the entire lifecycle of complex infrastructure projects—from conceptualization to deployment—with minimal supervision

Location

Ability to work in-person at the client's Soho office in New York City. The organization maintains a strong in-person culture to foster collaboration and rapid iteration
