Infrastructure Engineer
About the role
An infrastructure engineer ensures all the DBT Infrastructure systems that support business operations function efficiently. Additionally, the infrastructure engineer may also support and develop specific platforms and will concentrate on unifying communications, messaging and identity toward a seamless user experience. Provide assistant to Service Desk team as escalation point supporting ITIL model.

Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT Incidents
- Server administration Windows and Linux deployment
- Managing the Infrastructure incident support queues activities on a day-to-day operational basis.
- On-premises infrastructure: Active Directory
