TRADESMAN - CONSTRUCTION

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager(s) during their production.
• Complete all necessary punch-listing to bring projects to COC (Certificate of Completion).
• Complete Work Orders as necessary on a project-to-project basis.
• Aid in all applicable warranty claims.
• Operate efficiently and effectively, managing time and materials.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Communicate with clients respectfully, tactfully, and empathetically.
• Wear booties when entering a client's home.
• Clean up workspace after the project is completed.
• Keep work truck clean, free of garbage, and presentable for inspections.
• Provide a clear list of needed materials per project.
• Report on the quality of other trades' work to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and restoration work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to the trade.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
