We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes location, category, job type, posted date, job description, requirements, additional info. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading if no content. Must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. We need to decide which sections have content. We have location, category, job type, posted date - could be in a short

maybe under "About the role"? Or could be separate? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Thus we can have a short

for location, category, job type, posted date. Then we need sections: About the role (maybe a prose description of the job). Responsibilities: The job description includes ability to perform journey-level work, supervise group, oral communication, etc. Could be responsibilities. Requirements: The job requirements sections (Minimum Requirements) for each trade: Plumbing/HVAC, Electrical, Carpenter. Also additional info like CFC certification preferred, NYS drivers license. Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements. But we can combine? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Skills? But we have skills embedded. We must not create sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay: Grade 12 Salary: $52,694 + $4,000 location pay = $56,694 Total Annual Compensation. So we can have Pay section with that. Benefits: The posting mentions fringe benefits: health insurance options and retirement plans, plus link to benefits summary. So we can have Benefits section. Schedule: Not mentioned; we should not create Schedule section. Qualifications: Could be separate from Requirements? The posting has "Job Requirements Minimum Requirements:" then details. Could treat that as Requirements. Qualifications maybe not separate; we could omit Qualifications if no distinct content. Skills: Could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements. Might not need separate. Thus we will output:

Pay

Grade 12 Salary: $52,694 + $4,000 location pay = $56,694 Total Annual Compensation

We must ensure no boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed that. Check for any repeated content: We included location etc in p. Good. We didn't repeat job title. Good. We didn't include Schedule section. We didn't include Qualifications section (we omitted). That's okay. We used

for each section. We used
  • for lists. We used

for prose. We preserved all substantive info: location, category, job type, posted date, about role, responsibilities, requirements (three trades), benefits, pay. We also included the commitment to diversity etc in responsibilities (makes sense). The "Additional Information" about hiring procedures per NYS Civil Service Law, Grade 12 Salary, etc we captured pay. The "The State University of New York offers excellent fringe benefits including health insurance options and retirement plans." we captured benefits. Also the link to benefits summary we mentioned. We also included "Summary Click here for New York State CSEA Benefits Summary Visit our Why Work at FSC page..." we captured benefits. We also included "The Consumer Information web page can be viewed at the following link - http://www.farmingdale.edu/consumer-information" This is maybe not substantive? It's a link to consumer information page. Could be considered extra but maybe not required. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Should we include that link? It's a link to consumer information page. Might be considered substantive? It's a link to a page describing services, information and statistics. Could be considered part of "Additional Information". Might be okay to include as a link in a

maybe under Benefits or a separate "Additional Information" section. But we don't have a heading for Additional Information; we could incorporate it into Benefits or a separate

after Benefits. However we must not create a heading with filler. Could add a

with that link under Benefits or as a separate

without heading? The instruction says use

    for section headings,
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have a

for prose that includes the link. It's not a list, so we can put it in a

. Where to place? Could be after Benefits as a

"For more information, see the Consumer Information web page: http://www.farmingdale.edu/consumer-information". That is prose. Also we have "The College particularly welcomes candidates with knowledge, skills and abilities that include: Commitment to diversity..." we already included in responsibilities. We also have "The College is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer..." that's boilerplate EEO, we should remove. We also have "Hiring procedures in accordance with NYS Civil Service Law." That's maybe minor metadata; could be folded into a short

maybe after Benefits or as part of About the role? Could add a

after Benefits: "Hiring procedures are in accordance with NYS Civil Service Law." That's prose. We also have "Grade 12 Salary: $52,694 + $4,000 location pay = $56,694 Total Annual Compensation" we already have Pay. We also have "The State University of New York offers excellent fringe benefits including health insurance options and retirement plans." we captured benefits. We also have "Summary Click here for New York State CSEA Benefits Summary Visit our Why Work at FSC page to learn more about FSC and the total rewards we offer." That's basically benefits summary link; we already have benefits. We also have "The Consumer Information web page can be viewed at the following link - http://www.farmingdale.edu/consumer-information This page describes various services, information and statistics on many different aspects of the College's operations." We'll add a

for that. We also have "Farmingdale State College's commitment to inclusive excellence is an important part of our mission of public education and our culture. At Farmingdale State College, we continue to work on building a community that supports freedom, mutual respect, and civility. We seek others who support these values of diversity and inclusiveness and candidates of all diverse backgrounds who wish to participate in our cultural aspirations are welcome and encouraged to apply." This is also boilerplate-ish but maybe substantive about diversity commitment. Could be included in About the role or Responsibilities. We already have diversity commitment in responsibilities; we could add a

about inclusive excellence under About the role or as a separate

. But we must not create thin sections. Could add a

after About the role: "Farmingdale State College is committed to inclusive excellence, freedom, mutual respect, and civility, and welcomes candidates of all diverse backgrounds who wish to participate in its cultural aspirations." That's prose. We need to ensure we don't repeat content. We'll incorporate. Let's craft final HTML:
