Duties
- Maintain and repair minor electrical systems
- Perform carpentry and wall repairs
- Adjust plumbing fixtures and make necessary repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Support facility setups and adjustments
- Assist with snow removal and seasonal operations
- Handle urgent repair needs during active building hours
Job Requirements
- Four years of full-time experience in a trade under a skilled tradesperson
- Completion of technical courses in skilled trades at a school, institute, or branch of the Armed Services
- Valid NYS driver's license required
Special Information
Salary: SG-12 $50,425 - $61,548
