Trademark Attorney

We are seeking a Trademark Attorney to join a growing intellectual property practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build or expand their experience in trademark law while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Candidates with prior legal experience are encouraged to apply. Trademark experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, prepare, and file documents throughout the trademark prosecution process.
• Assist with proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), including oppositions, cancellations, and related matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on trademark-related issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates, legal strategies, and recommendations.
• Assist with additional intellectual property matters as needed.
• Manage multiple matters while ensuring compliance with deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with any U.S. State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience.
• TTAB experience is required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and persuasive communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Pay

$70,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
