This is an in‑office role. Within the first month you will complete firm orientation, build a foundational understanding of the infrastructure and internal system architectures, and begin a cross‑functional training plan to master proprietary support tools. By three months you will transition to active daily operations, verifying trade accuracy, monitoring systems, performing routine trade reconciliations, and assisting traders with allocations and position adjustments. By six months you will be troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring interns, fostering team communication, and driving automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
