About the role
Pella Windows and Doors is seeking a driven and independent Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing business relationships and a strong commitment to achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by providing well-rounded solutions and market expertise
- Devote over 50% of your time to the field, meeting with current and potential customers to drive growth and increase market share
- Develop long-lasting relationships with contractors, remodelers, and trade organizations
- Capture new business through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings
- Continually strive for 100% "Very Satisfied" business partners
Qualifications
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Self-disciplined and capable of handling challenges
- Ability to provide competitive drive and a positive attitude
- Experience selling to replacement and remodeling contractors
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
