Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual who will be responsible for professional execution of trade marketing activities focused on B2B clients. The ideal candidate will combine practical marketing execution, coordination, tracking, and reporting with bridging marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate trade marketing tools for B2B clients, including campaigns, promotional offers, programs, and other selling materials;
• Execute and manage omnichannel campaigns according to approved briefs, with a focus on offline and trade marketing channels;
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration between Sales, Product Management, and Data Analytics teams;
• Communicate campaign plans, their progress, and maintain up-to-date documentation;
• Monitor ongoing campaigns, evaluate performance metrics, and provide feedback;
• Document insights and recommendations that can inform future planning.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, marketing execution, or campaign coordination, ideally in a B2B environment;
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English;
• An inquisitive and curious mindset towards marketing and sales, and how they intersect to achieve business results.

Pay

Monthly gross salary: 1700 € with an annual bonus.
