The Skilled Trade Group Leader oversees union hourly associates and supports leadership to ensure efficient plant operations and maintenance activities. They are responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a Safety-First culture, promoting teamwork, and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships aligned with strategic goals. The role includes developing frontline talent, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant services.
