Trade Execution Coordinator

About the role
The Trade Execution Coordinator will execute and administer cross-border exports of agricultural and oil commodities in a timely and accurate manner. You will work under general supervision, solving moderately complex issues independently while referring more complex problems to higher-level staff. Working weekends, holidays, and after hours may be required at times.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, prepare, and send all export documents to ensure timely clearance.
- Align with external and internal stakeholders to resolve execution issues.
- Analyze and monitor risk.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, railroad logistics, container logistics, and grain and oil commodities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems with urgency.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and responsible with an ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and cross-functional environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
Pay
The expected salary for this position is $64,000 - $90,000, depending on factors such as location, certifications, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive award based on company and personal performance.
