Trade Coordinator

About the role

This role bridges the gap between sales, logistics, and finance, ensuring that every shipment moves smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Cook inbound and outbound shipments, managing timelines, communications, and problem-solving
• Act as the primary point of contact between sales, operations, freezers, and logistics partners
• Keep systems accurate and updated across all platforms, ensuring no detail is overlooked
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments, billing, and operations before they become issues
• Analyze trade costs on every order and flag any deviations from the plan
• Generate reports and provide insights that inform business decisions
• Ensure all shipments comply with regulations, are properly documented, and are ready for audits

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications

• Experience in global trade or logistics is not required
• The role serves as a stepping stone to more senior positions within the company
• High-performing candidates may progress to Sales, Procurement, or Operations management roles with global responsibilities
