International Trade Coordinator

About the role

A well established transportation and logistics company with decades of experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and supply chain services is hiring an International Trade Coordinator to join a team that genuinely cares about their people.

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export documentation from start to finish
• Cook shipments and ensure smooth, on-time movement of freight
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing top tier service and clear communication
• Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations on every shipment
• Multitask across multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
• Build strong working relationships across the supply chain

Requirements

• Import/Export experience with an NVOCC required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Confident communicator who thrives under pressure
• Background in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
