About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Trade and Supply Chain Operations Lead with the Trade & Receivables Finance Operations group. In this role, you will lead and monitor control routines (complaints/redress, escalations, issue management) and drive root-cause remediation to prevent repeat customer and regulatory impacts. You will provide independent subject matter expertise oversight across Trade & Receivables Finance Ops to improve decisioning, throughput, and ensure adherence to established procedures. You are required to lead Regulatory interaction, strengthen key controls, and manage reconciliation breaks to reduce errors, losses, and rework. You will mitigate risk to the bank and the customer to ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating across the organization to implement best practices globally. You will lead review of complex processes that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, leading to operational improvements. You will provide recommendations on existing policies, practices, and procedures. You will implement complex efforts including documentation, governing rules, internal policies, and credit risk implications. You will make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of rules and regulations, governing trade and supply chain products. You will strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Trade Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with supply chain finance: including inventory finance, channel finance or import / export
  • Experience with reviewing business procedures to assess risk and controls
  • Experience with data gathering and consolidation to create reporting
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management process: creation of business cases, project initiation, development of business requirements, and identification of project milestones
  • Ability to manage multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneously
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization from front line staff to Executive Committee

Job Expectations

Ability to work hybrid schedule of 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Pay Range

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
