Tractor Technician
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform DOT-compliant inspections, maintenance, and repairs on fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Complete preventative maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer recommendations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair major vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, DEF systems, HVAC/air conditioning systems, and driver safety technologies.
- Utilize OEM diagnostic software and tools to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
