The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Could combine under Qualifications. - Qualifications: we have Minimum and Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: we have many skill items listed under Preferred Qualifications (ability to communicate, physical requirements, etc). We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Benefits section includes "paid time off commensurate with tenure" - that's okay as it's specific. Not filler. Pay section: we have specific range. Schedule: we have "Shifts may vary based upon location and business needs." That's specific enough. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Optionally mention relocation assistance, bonus eligibility etc. Could include in Pay or Benefits? Relocation assistance is not a benefit per se but could be included in Benefits? The instruction says include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. Relocation assistance is mentioned but not under benefits; we could add a short paragraph under Benefits or maybe under About the role? But we should preserve all substantive information. Where to put relocation assistance? Could be a separate paragraph under Benefits? Might be better to add aunder Benefits: "Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates located outside a 50-mile radius of the job." Also mention not eligible for employment-based sponsorship, Applicants can be considered for I, II, or Sr. Level Tractor Technician depending on verified years of experience and position availability. Compensation factors affecting starting pay. Annual bonus and incentives eligibility. These are substantive; we need to preserve them. Where to place? Could be under Pay (compensation factors) or under Benefits? Probably under Pay we can add extra sentences. Schedule:
Schedule
Shifts may vary based upon location and business needs. In addition to the company benefits listed below, the maintenance team will also have access to: Career growth opportunities Company-provided uniforms and annual boot program Safety culture with bonus incentives Technicians can gain new skills and grow their opportunities through J.B. Hunt's Technician Career Advancement (TCA) program
But note that the sentence includes benefits list again; we already have Benefits section. Might be redundant. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we could keep that sentence but maybe we should not duplicate the benefits list. The sentence mentions "Career growth opportunities Company-provided uniforms and annual boot program Safety culture with bonus incentives Technicians can gain new skills and grow their opportunities through J.B. Hunt's Technician Career Advancement (TCA) program". Those are not in Benefits section; they are additional perks. Could be part of Benefits or maybe a separate section like "Additional Perks". But we only have allowed headings list; we could incorporate into Benefits or Schedule. Since it's under Shift Schedule paragraph, we could keep it in Schedule section as additional info. Thus Schedule section:Shifts may vary based upon location and business needs. In addition to the company benefits listed below, the maintenance team will also have access to: Career growth opportunities, Company-provided uniforms and annual boot program, Safety culture with bonus incentives, Technicians can gain new skills and grow their opportunities through J.B. Hunt's Technician Career Advancement (TCA) program.
We need to ensure we don't repeat the benefits list; we already have Benefits section separate. Now we need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, Job Opening ID, etc. Also remove
