Supply ChainFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Job Summary, Job Description, Key Responsibilities, Shift Schedule, Qualifications (Minimum, Preferred), Pay, Benefits, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have real content. We have: - Job Summary: Under close supervision, this position is responsible for performing basic maintenance, service, and repair of J.B. Hunt tractors and other equipment. Technicians must be able to complete all fleet maintenance processes and ensure that units meet J.B. Hunt specifications at all times. This position has the possibility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends in addition to overtime; it requires full-time attendance. That could be "About the role" section. - Job Description Key Responsibilities: list of duties. We can put under "Responsibilities" heading. - Shift Schedule: Shifts may vary based upon location and business needs. In addition to the company benefits listed below, the maintenance team will also have access to: Career growth opportunities Company-provided uniforms and annual boot program Safety culture with bonus incentives Technicians can gain new skills and grow their opportunities through J.B. Hunt's Technician Career Advancement (TCA) program That includes schedule info and also benefits? Actually schedule: "Shifts may vary based upon location and business needs." Also mention benefits like career growth, uniforms, boot program, safety culture, TCA program. Those could go under Benefits or maybe separate sections. But we need to follow instruction: include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can have "Schedule" heading with shift info. Benefits heading with list of benefits (including career growth, uniforms, boot program, safety culture, TCA program, plus later Benefits section with medical, dental, etc). We'll combine. - Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could be under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Use heading "Qualifications". We'll list minimum and preferred as
  • . - Pay: "The expected starting pay range for this position is between $27.66 - $36.85 $2,000.00 sign-on bonus available for a limited time." Also mention relocation assistance, etc. So we have Pay section. - Benefits: "The Company offers the following benefits for full-time positions, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, as may be in effect from time to time: medical benefit, dental benefit, vision benefit, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off commensurate with tenure (includes vacation and sick time), six weeks of paid maternity leave along with two weeks of paid parental leave, and six paid holidays annually." Also earlier mention "Career growth opportunities Company-provided uniforms and annual boot program Safety culture with bonus incentives Technicians can gain new skills and grow their opportunities through J.B. Hunt's Technician Career Advancement (TCA) program". Those could be part of Benefits as well. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. The benefits include "paid time off commensurate with tenure" - that phrase includes "commensurate with tenure" which is allowed? The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It doesn't forbid using the phrase "commensurate with tenure" inside content; it's just about headings. So okay. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, navigation, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details: job summary, responsibilities list, shift schedule details, qualifications (minimum and preferred), pay range and sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, note about not eligible for sponsorship, consideration for levels, compensation factors, annual bonus eligibility, benefits list, etc. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like "Ability to fulfill physical requirements (lift/move appliance up to 50 lbs)" etc. We need to format using

    for section headings,
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Tractor Technician". Use sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits, Schedule maybe. We need to decide which headings to use: About the role (from Job Summary), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Qualifications (Minimum & Preferred), Pay, Benefits, Schedule (Shift Schedule). Possibly also Skills? But we have skills listed under qualifications; we can incorporate them there. We must not create a heading if content is thin or placeholder. All sections have content. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

      About the role

Under close supervision, this position is responsible for performing basic maintenance, service, and repair of J.B.

      Responsibilities

      • Demonstrate foundational technical knowledge of preventative maintenance, replacement of parts/components, and basic repairs as it pertains to tractor maintenance including but not limited to the fuel system, battery, engine, drive train, onboard computer, transmission, air brake systems, and FHWA Inspections
      • Work independently and seek assistance as needed
      • Understand and effectively follow all shop safety procedures
      • Maintain professional communication with JB Hunt personnel and customers at all times
      • Accurately perform basic repairs to company and manufacturer's specifications, complete work orders, and demonstrate proficiency in company requirements for standard repair times (SRT) and warranty guidelines

      Schedule

Shifts may vary based upon location and business needs.

But also we have schedule-related benefits: Career growth opportunities, Company-provided uniforms and annual boot program, Safety culture with bonus incentives, Technicians can gain new skills and grow their opportunities through J.B. Hunt's Technician Career Advancement (TCA) program. Those could be placed under Benefits or maybe under Schedule? The instruction: "Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". So we can create a Benefits section that includes those plus the later benefits list. Thus Schedule section only contains shift info. Now Qualifications:

        Qualifications

We could split into Minimum and Preferred but we can just list all as list items, maybe with subheadings? But we must not create extra headings unless needed. Could use

        for prose then

        • for list. We could do:

          Minimum Qualifications:

          • 18 years of age with 1 year of experience in Semi-Tractor maintenance and repair and/or training and/or military equivalent experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
          • willingness to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed
          • Basic tools are required to successfully perform this role. These tools must be supplied by the employee in most locations. Employees without their own tools may obtain them through a toolbox purchase program

          Preferred Qualifications:

          • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
          • At least 1 year of experience in DOT inspections, FHWA inspections, and air brakes
          • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively
          • Ability to fulfill physical requirements (lift/move appliance up to 50 lbs)
          • Ability to multitask
          • Ability to read documents and/or information in English
          • Ability to wear appropriate work attire (protective gear/PPE)
          • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
          • Basic active listening skills
          • Basic computer skills and/or comfortable working with a computer
          • Basic deductive reasoning skills
          • Basic organizational skills
          • Basic time management skills
          • Self-motivation
But we used which is not prohibited. It's okay as inline. However we must not use markdown. HTML is fine. Now Pay:

          Pay

The expected starting pay range for this position is between $27.66 - $36.85. A $2,000.00 sign-on bonus is available for a limited time.

Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates located outside a 50-mile radius of the job.

This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.

Applicants can be considered for I, II, or Sr. Level Tractor Technician depending on verified years of experience and position availability.

Compensation factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.

          Now Benefits:

          Benefits

We need to list both the earlier benefits (career growth, uniforms, boot program, safety culture, TCA) and the later benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, disability, paid time off, maternity leave, parental leave, holidays). We'll combine into a single list. Thus:
          • Career growth opportunities
          • Company-provided uniforms and annual boot program
          • Safety culture with bonus incentives
          • Technicians can gain new skills and grow their opportunities through J.B. Hunt's Technician Career Advancement (TCA) program
          • Medical benefit
          • Dental benefit
          • Vision benefit
          • 401(k) retirement plan
          • Life insurance
          • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
          • Paid time off commensurate with tenure (includes vacation and sick time)
          • Six weeks of paid maternity leave along with two weeks of paid parental leave
          • Six paid holidays annually
We should not include filler like "commensurate with tenure" inside heading; it's fine. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, navigation, legal, etc. We removed the EEO statement at end. Also we removed duplicated lines like "Job Opening ID: 00644272 Tractor Technician (Open)" and the generic disclaimer about job description not comprehensive, etc. Also removed the "Education GED, High School Work Experience Maintenance Certifications" line? Actually that line appears near the end: "Education GED, High School Work Experience Maintenance Certifications Job Opening ID: 00644272 Tractor Technician (Open)". That seems like metadata; we should drop it as per instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We can drop it entirely as it's minor metadata. So we omit. Also we removed the "This job description has been designed..." paragraph (the disclaimer). Also removed the EEO commitment paragraph. Now ensure we didn't miss
