Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Porsche vehicles, including diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Collaborate with drivers, engineers, and team members to optimize performance.
• Manage transportation and ensure equipment is prepped and delivered on schedule.
• Adapt to dynamic track and race environments while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous track day or race event experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Porsche vehicles and their unique performance requirements.
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities for Crew and Car Chief roles.
• Leadership abilities for Team Manager, Crew Chief, and Car Chief roles.
• A collaborative spirit and adaptability to high-pressure situations.
• Availability to work weekends and travel to various California tracks.
