Crew Leader/Mover/Driver

About the role

Viking Moving and Storage is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to manage their moving teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of moving experience, be reliable, physically fit, and enjoy interacting with people.

Responsibilities

• Pack and protect customers' belongings using proper materials.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed.
• Load and unload trucks carefully to prevent damage.
• Safeguard items during transportation.
• Provide friendly, professional service to all customers.
• Handle fragile items with extra care and address customer inquiries.
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure all items are accounted for.
• Maintain clean, organized trucks and work areas.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 3+ years of moving company experience preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
