Trach/Vent Nurse

Role: Trach/Vent Nurse Responsibilities Provide compassionate in-home care for pediatric and adult patients with tracheostomies and ventilators.Deliver patient-centered clinical care, including assessments, ventilator and trach management, medication administration, and emergency response.Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Educate caregivers on trach and ventilator care procedures.Accurately document all care provided.
