Responsibilities
- Aid in organizing and executing sponsorship meetings
- Manage client service, idea generation, sales operations, and event activations for various properties
- Create and implement a framework for office operations and delegate tasks such as client outreach, digital/social media coordination, public relations, graphic design, proposal creation, research, inventory management, and event fulfillment oversight
- Act as a liaison between corporate partners and property staff
- Identify and develop concepts for both current and potential corporate partners
- Oversee inventory management, including inventory availability coordination, client presentation material support, and adherence to seasonal and creative deadlines
- Utilize TPG’s CRM system to maintain accurate records of accounts and prospects
- Develop and present customized sponsorship advertising proposals that may include signage, radio, print, promotions, and fan engagement strategies
- Participate in game day events to showcase the high school sports experience and engage with sponsors
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project success
- Be available for work outside of regular business hours as needed

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with an understanding of social media
- An attention to detail and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
