TPA General Liability Claims Adjuster

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience handling general liability claims; ideally construction defect.
• Familiarity with state-specific claims handling regulations and licensing requirements.
• Proven ability to investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex liability claims.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
