About the role

Responsible for investigating and adjusting claims related to property damage and bodily injury for Publix Super Markets, Inc. This includes assessing damages, gathering evidence, and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess property damage and bodily injury claims
• Gather evidence and documentation from claimants and witnesses
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their claims
• Prepare and submit claims reports to management for approval
• Ensure compliance with insurance policies and legal requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of claims adjusting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
