Toxicology Specimen Collector

Responsibilities

• Maintains stock of specimen collection supplies at assigned specimen collection locations.
• Collections, labels, packages, and transports specimens to the laboratory.
• Enters orders and retrieves toxicology results from the LIS and EHR.
• Works with providers to ensure proper patient screening frequency and retrieve records from Board of Pharmacy as necessary.
