Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily towing operations to ensure timely and high-quality service
- Manage and supervise towing personnel, including drivers, dispatchers, and support staff
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety
- Maintain fleet maintenance and ensure all vehicles are properly serviced and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation and service delivery
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
- Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, costs, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal towing regulations
- Recruit, hire, and train new towing personnel as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in towing operations management or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of towing industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Proficiency in using dispatch and fleet management software
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Flexibility to work varied hours including on-call as necessary
