About the role
We are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Tour Receptionist to join our team in beautiful Hollywood Beach.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours.
- Verify guest information and prepare tour paperwork.
- Coordinate daily tour flow with Sales Managers and Marketing teams.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with questions.
- Prepare opening and closing reports and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and update tour counts throughout the day.
- Communicate tour changes, VIP arrivals, and special requests to Sales Leadership.
- Aid guests with directions, local recommendations, and general resort information.
- Cook up owner gifts and promotional items as directed by management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, reception, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications is necessary.
- A professional appearance with a positive, guest-focused attitude is expected.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
