About the role

As a Miller Brewery Tour Guide in Milwaukee, WI, you will join the Guest Relations Team to provide great customer service and ensure a positive, informative, and high‑quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public and private walking tours of the Miller Brewery and historic buildings on the Milwaukee Campus.
• Engage guests with entertaining and informative details about brewery operations and history.
• Maintain a safe customer experience by adhering to all MCBC safety protocols.
• Report to the Tour Operations Supervisor.

Requirements

• Availability to work Thursday‑Monday, scheduled for 30‑39 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand or sit for extended periods, and walk or climb stairs daily.
• Strong customer‑service skills and ability to thrive in a diverse, team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
