Tour Guide - Part Time

Part-time role in Milwaukee, WI; up to 24 hrs/wk Thu–Mon.

About the role

You will be part of the Guest Relations Team, providing excellent customer service and delivering public and private walking tours of the Miller Brewery and historic buildings on the Milwaukee Campus. You’ll share entertaining insights into brewery operations and history while ensuring a positive, informative, and safe guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public and private walking tours of the Miller Brewery and historic campus buildings
• Deliver informative and entertaining insights into brewery operations and history
• Provide great customer service to create a positive guest experience
• Maintain a safe customer experience in accordance with all MCBC safety protocols

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a diverse, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills
• Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and walk & climb stairs daily
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
