Total Rewards Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs with a focus on accuracy, operational excellence and employee experience.
- Compensation:
- Support base and variable pay programs through market pricing, job evaluation, eligibility monitoring, and execution of annual merit and incentive cycles.
- Prepare and validate data files; perform eligibility checks and calculations.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using established methodologies.
- Maintain salary structures and support benchmarking analyses.
- Administer variable pay plans (eligibility tracking, reporting, payout support).
- Respond to employee, manager, and HR inquiries regarding compensation practices.
- Support compensation compliance and continuous process improvement.
- Benefits:
- Ensure compliance with regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.).
- Manage required filings (PCORI, CMS, federal, state, and local).
- Support open enrollment activities and ongoing benefits administration.
- Manage payroll integration, data feeds, and leave administration processes.
- Develop and distribute employee communications, SPDs, and plan documentation.
- Support benefits-related projects, enhancements, and implementations.
- Compliance, Audit & Risk Management:
- Perform benefits compliance testing (e.g., non-discrimination testing).
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
- Systems, Data & Analytics:
- Support HRIS configuration and system administration.
- Maintain data integrity, file management, and reporting processes.
- Conduct advanced data analysis (primarily in Excel).
- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations.
- Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve compensation and benefits processes.
- Enhance tools, documentation, and workflows.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communication & Stakeholder Support:
- Respond to employee, manager, and HR partner inquiries.
- Develop presentations, guides, and communications materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Provide updates and insights to leadership.
- Teamwork & General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective program delivery.
- Keep leadership informed of key developments and issues.
- Support team coordination and shared responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Competitive Pay: Earn $76,800 to $110,340 annually, with your exact compensation personalized based on your skills, experience, and location.
