What You Will Do
- Administer day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, FSA, and 401(k).
- Serve as a primary contact for benefit vendors and third-party administrators, supporting billing, eligibility, and issue resolution.
- Aid with benefits-related payroll processes, system audits, and ongoing HRIS data accuracy.
- Cook up benefits activities such as enrollments, COBRA administration, beneficiary updates, disability claims, and compliance processes.
- Maintain and reconcile monthly benefit invoices and administrative fees across benefit plans.
- Support benefits audits, reporting, and industry benchmarking surveys.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees with benefits questions and guidance.
- Coordinate open enrollment, benefits orientations, and employee education sessions.
- Participate in special HR initiatives such as wellness programs, retirement education, and employee engagement campaigns.
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree plus 1+ year of benefits-related experience or 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience working with HRIS systems.
- Experience supporting vendor relationships and benefits administration.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
