Responsibilities

• Review and determine the course of action for each assigned claim, leveraging your technical expertise to support the final disposition of losses.
• Investigate and evaluate total loss files for both insureds and third-party claimants, ensuring prompt follow-up on necessary documentation like signed titles to facilitate efficient salvage resolution.
• Maintain thorough documentation and keep accurate records of each claim's activity while prioritizing and organizing work to ensure timely conclusions.
• Prepare and present claim evaluations for settlement authority, directly collaborating with both internal and external customers to establish facts and gather evidence.
• Collaborate with vendors to uphold our company's commitment to quality service, while also providing exceptional customer service to all parties involved.

Requirements

• 2-3 years previous auto claims insurance handling or other auto related experience
• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal, written, and phone) skills
• General working knowledge of policies, file procedures, state rules, and regulations
• Ability to pass written examinations where required by state statutes to become a licensed Claims Adjuster
• College degree preferred but not required
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Pay

Estimated Compensation Range: $40,000/year-$58,000/year*
