About the role
We’re looking for a Total Compensation & Rewards Consultant to join our team and make a meaningful impact by partnering with primarily non-profit healthcare organizations and select general industry clients. In this role, you’ll design and implement compensation strategies that align with organizational goals. This is a hybrid position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, offering autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to work with mission-driven clients.
Responsibilities
- Help clients align their compensation strategies with their organizational objectives.
- Partner with clients to develop and implement tailored compensation plans.
- Analyze a variety of large data sets to gain insight into client compensation program effectiveness.
- Conduct market total compensation pricing analyses, benefit program reviews, incentive plan design, executive performance appraisals, board governance assessments, and other analyses related to total rewards.
- Assist with drafting reports to deliver insights to client HR teams and board members.
- Participate in discussions to uncover client needs and project goals.
- Work closely with consultants, analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required; related fields in healthcare administration, finance, statistics, or accounting).
- 1-3 years in compensation and rewards, ideally within the healthcare or non-profit space.
- Strong Excel skills (including lookup functions, data visualization, logical functions, data validation, VBA, etc.).
- Analytical thinking and clear communication.
- Experience working with large data sets and many sources of data.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently.
- Enjoy asking questions and identifying solutions.

Pay
The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
