About the role

The Global Technology & Operations group (GTO) is a diverse team of engineers, developers, business analysts, claims analysts, and project managers with the freedom to create innovative solutions to address core business challenges. This role will provide exemplary customer service by managing total absence claims in a timely and accurate fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Handle, review, and administer Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and/or Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims, adhering to federal and state regulatory and/or company plan requirements.
  • Establish FMLA/ADA workflow procedures and evaluate against appropriate leave plans to make initial claim decisions.
  • Complete eligibility decisions during intake calls, gather pertinent data when necessary from employees or other supporting systems, and perform leave-ups as required (e.g., recertification of health condition, intermittent claim tracking, return-to-work confirmation).
  • Update systems to accurately reflect leave status and ensure appropriate diary documentation exists.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 1+ years of related experience with a strong customer satisfaction focus and attention to detail.

We need this individual to ensure claims are processed efficiently to provide the best service to our customers, with clear communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • FMLA/ADA claims knowledge of process and procedures.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $41,600 - $52,500. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
