About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Litigation Attorney to join our Insurance Defense/Tort department. We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years insurance litigation experience, with exceptional writing and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings
- Evaluating cases
- Responding to discovery
- Preparing and arguing motions
- Attending hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiating settlements
Requirements
- A licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- A strong work ethic
- Highly organized
- Communicate well
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will also have a strong work ethic, be highly organized and communicate well.
